3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including images, colours and specifications. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We do not guarantee that descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. If a product is not as described, you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping is free on all orders, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If a price is clearly wrong due to a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email, or when we dispatch your item.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Please check your order carefully before confirming. Contact us promptly if you need to correct anything.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Handling time is 1–2 business days and transit time is 2–3 business days (3–5 business days in total). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to your address.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping is free and we do not charge restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9. Intellectual Property
